Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team and support daily HR operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment employee management and HR processes within a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process:
Job postings on different platforms
Resume screening and candidate shortlisting
Interview scheduling and coordination
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
Assist in attendance tracking and leave management
Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events
Draft and prepare HR documents (offer letters contracts reports)
Support HR policies implementation and documentation
Handle basic employee queries and provide administrative support
Requirements
Bachelors degree (in progress or completed) in:
Human Resources Business Administration or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR functions (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
