Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and engaging social media content aligned with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with designers and approve final visual assets before publishing
- Manage end-to-end social media operations including content planning scheduling and community engagement
- Plan and execute strategies to increase brand awareness engagement and follower growth
- Monitor trends audience insights and optimize content performance
- Recruit train and manage brand ambassadors; drive engagement through incentive and recognition programs
- Track ambassador performance and provide ongoing support and guidance
- Analyze social media and campaign data; generate reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Implement data collection systems and maintain student databases for targeted outreach
- Build partnerships with schools colleges and universities; coordinate events and engagement activities
