Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
This role is heavily focused on outbound sales especially cold calling and is ideal for someone eager to build a strong foundation in sales while working with mid-market and enterprise clients.
Your primary goal will be to generate qualified meetings and drive pipeline growth.
What Youll Do
Proactively identify and approach potential customers within the construction ecosystem
Consistently meet and exceed activity and pipeline targets
What Were Looking For
Must-have:
German (C2) and English (B2)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High motivation and resilience
Profile:
Entry-level or recent graduate
Previous experience via internship or working student role in sales/commercial environment is a plus
Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach
Goal-oriented and motivated by performance and commission
Personality:
High energy proactive and persistent
Resilient against rejection
Strong growth mindset
Self-driven with a hands-on attitude
