Location: This is a fully on-site opportunity in Bedford Indiana where you will work closely with employees and plant leadership in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Note: Must have 3 years of payroll processing experience permanent U.S. work authorization and the ability to work on-site in Bedford daily. Experience with an HRIS/payroll system is required and Paylocity experience is a plus.

Job Description
- Own biweekly payroll processing with a high level of accuracy timeliness and confidentiality
- Audit timecards process payroll changes and adjustments and respond to employee payroll questions
- Maintain employee records in the HRIS including job changes compensation updates status changes and PTO tracking
- Coordinate onboarding paperwork orientation support I-9 compliance and personnel file maintenance
- Assist with benefits administration employee questions and open enrollment support
- Help coordinate recruiting logistics such as interview scheduling background checks and candidate communication
- Serve as the primary HR operations contact for the Bedford facility and support employees and supervisors with day-to-day HR needs
- Maintain HR and safety documentation including training records OSHA-related documentation and audit support
- Partner with site leadership and broader HR leadership to keep processes organized compliant and running smoothly
Qualifications
- 3 years of payroll processing experience
- Experience using an HRIS or payroll platform
- Paylocity experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Solid understanding of basic HR operations including onboarding and employee support
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Strong organization communication and follow-through
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
