Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour

Location: This is a full-time on-site opportunity in Salem Oregon at a newly opening clinic with a daytime weekday schedule designed to support strong work-life balance.

Note: To be considered candidates must be licensed in Oregon board certified have DEA authority have primary care experience and be comfortable treating pediatric patients ages 2 as well as providing womens health services including pelvic exams.

Job Description

• Provide comprehensive primary care services in an on-site clinic setting
• Perform physical exams preventive visits and routine follow-up care
• Diagnose treat and manage acute and chronic conditions
• See pediatric patients ages 2 and adult patients across a wide range of primary care needs
• Provide womens health services including pelvic exams
• Order interpret and evaluate diagnostic testing as appropriate
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans within scope and state guidelines
• Educate patients on health conditions treatment plans and preventive care
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated high-quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Support a positive clinic culture centered on quality compassion and service

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant in Oregon
• Board certification required
• Active DEA or ability to obtain immediately
• 2 years of primary care or family practice experience
• Able to treat pediatric patients ages 2
• Experience providing womens health services including pelvic exams
• Strong clinical judgment communication skills and comfort working independently
• EMR proficiency preferred

  • 2 to 4 years directly relevant experience: $65 to $69/hour

  • 4 to 6 years directly relevant experience: $69 to $72/hour

  • 6 years directly relevant experience: $72 to $75/hour
