Location: This is a full-time on-site opportunity in Salem Oregon at a newly opening clinic with a daytime weekday schedule designed to support strong work-life balance.
Note: To be considered candidates must be licensed in Oregon board certified have DEA authority have primary care experience and be comfortable treating pediatric patients ages 2 as well as providing womens health services including pelvic exams.

Job Description
Provide comprehensive primary care services in an on-site clinic setting
Perform physical exams preventive visits and routine follow-up care
Diagnose treat and manage acute and chronic conditions
See pediatric patients ages 2 and adult patients across a wide range of primary care needs
Provide womens health services including pelvic exams
Order interpret and evaluate diagnostic testing as appropriate
Prescribe medications and treatment plans within scope and state guidelines
Educate patients on health conditions treatment plans and preventive care
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated high-quality care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
Support a positive clinic culture centered on quality compassion and service
Qualifications
Licensed Physician Assistant in Oregon
Board certification required
Active DEA or ability to obtain immediately
2 years of primary care or family practice experience
Able to treat pediatric patients ages 2
Experience providing womens health services including pelvic exams
Strong clinical judgment communication skills and comfort working independently
EMR proficiency preferred
