Job Description

• Support lenders and financial institutions in commercial real estate lending transactions
• Draft review and revise loan documents and related transaction materials
• Assist with due diligence title and survey review closings and post-closing matters
• Coordinate with clients borrowers opposing counsel title companies and internal stakeholders
• Analyze deal structure identify issues and help move matters efficiently from inception through closing
• Manage multiple matters at once while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines
• Collaborate with attorneys across related practice areas as needed

Qualifications

• 2 years of directly relevant real estate lending experience
• Active New York bar admission
• Strong drafting analytical and organizational skills
• Experience handling commercial lending transactions and related documentation
• Excellent communication and client-service skills
• Able to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced law firm environment
