What Youll Do

• Strategic Execution: Manage end-to-end processes for high-skilled immigration cases (O-1 EB-1 EB-2 NIW) ensuring a weeks not months delivery standard.
• Customer Excellence: Act as a dedicated partner to world-class technologists and founders providing white-glove support and clear guidance through stressful legal transitions.
• Product & Operations: Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to refine the software platform automating manual workflows to enhance the user experience.
• Scale: Help define the Lighthouse Standard for quality as the company scales its operations to support hundreds of new customers monthly.

Who You Are

• Experience: 2 years of experience in high-stakes environments such as high-growth startups consulting or specialized legal operations.
• Owners Mindset: You thrive in ambiguity and are excited to build processes from scratch rather than just following a manual.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into simple actionable steps.
