Location: This is a full-time on-site opportunity in Minneapolis. Candidates must be able to work in the office. Relocation assistance is not provided so any relocation must be completed before starting.

Note: Must be licensed and in good standing with the Minnesota State Bar and have at least 2 years of personal injury experience as an attorney.

Job Description

• Lead the Minnesota office and oversee day-to-day operations
• Handle personal injury matters and help drive strong outcomes for injured clients
• Manage cases clients and workflow with urgency and accountability
• Help hire lead and develop staff with support from firm leadership and HR
• Work closely with ownership on business development and office growth
• Ensure a high level of client service and strong case handling standards
• Identify operational improvements and opportunities to expand the practice
• Build a strong local presence in the Minnesota market

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Bar license in good standing required
• 2 years of personal injury attorney experience required
• Strong plaintiff-side advocacy and client communication skills
• Leadership and management ability
• Strong research writing and oral advocacy skills
• Organized tech-savvy and comfortable with legal software
• Motivated ambitious and interested in long-term growth
• Book of business or ability to help generate cases is a plus
• Minnesota roots are a plus
