Location: This is a full-time on-site opportunity in Seattle. Candidates must be able to work in the office daily. Relocation assistance is not available so any relocation must be completed before starting.

Job Description
- Handle personal injury matters from intake through pre-litigation resolution
- Advocate for injured clients and help drive strong case outcomes
- Evaluate claims develop strategy and move files forward with urgency
- Communicate directly with clients and provide clear guidance throughout the life of the case
- Collaborate with team members on case strategy operations and process improvement
- Help lead and support staff in a growing office environment
- Contribute to building a strong local presence and long-term success in the Seattle market
- Maintain organized files documentation and follow-up in a fast-paced plaintiff practice
Qualifications
- Active Washington State Bar license in good standing required
- 2 years of personal injury attorney experience required
- Strong plaintiff-side advocacy and client communication skills
- Experience handling personal injury matters with limited oversight
- Leadership ability and comfort helping guide support staff
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with legal software and case management tools
- Organized ambitious and motivated to grow long term
