Assistant Director

• Lead highenergy highquality classes for children ages 4 months to 10 years
  
  
• Host birthday parties camps and special events
  
  
• Support daily operations including scheduling customer communication and basic administrative tasks
  
  
• Help maintain a clean safe and welcoming gym environment
  
  
• Assist with staff training and uphold My Gym program standards
  
  
• Build positive relationships with families and model a friendly upbeat attitude
  
  

• Must be 18 or older
  
  
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  
  
• Availability on weekdays and some weekends
  
  
• CPR certification required (or willingness to obtain before start date)
  
  
• Experience working with young children is a plus but training is provided
