What Youll Bring
- 2 years of HR experiencepreferably in home care hospice or another healthcare setting
- Fluency with HRIS / ATS platforms (AxisCare ClearCare/WellSky or similar) and solid Microsoft Office skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of FLSA FMLA ADA and state labor laws affecting direct-care workers
- Confident presenter who can engage small groups and communicate policy in plain language
- Organized multitasker able to juggle audits orientation PTO tracking and on-call duties without missing a beat
