OurProduct Support and Logistics Division (PSLD)is one of the most innovative divisions within PSLD as within all of Caterpillar our priority is ourcustomers and helping them build a better world. We touch nearly everyelement of the services value stream. PSLD is responsible for Aftermarket Parts DistributionofCat Parts Integrated Logistics and Global Services supporting Caterpillar dealers and customers. Our teams work together in critical areas that leverage digital capabilities technology and operational excellence.
As the Program Specialist (Strategic ProjectManager) you willwork acrossallGlobal Dealer Learningwork groupson strategic projects that directlysupportTechnician Growthand executelean efficiencies.

What You Will Do:
This positionwill ownbut is not limited tothe strategic direction of theThinkBIGprogram Course Accreditation Process and willbe responsible forthe Regional Dealer Learning Center (RDLC) legal addition this position will provide visibility and governance around the areas of responsibility include the Dealer Excellence Fundandliaisewith the Cat Foundationas well as inputs into the prioritization of GDL workstreams to execute Technician Growth.
What You Have (Basic Requirements):
Education Requirement: Engineering degree or equivalent work experience (10 years) in the areas of project management marketing and / or product support roles.
Planning: Tactical Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term) tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Knowledge of successful approaches and techniques for dealing with change; ability to adapt to a changing environment and be comfortable with change.
Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.
Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives projects groups or activities making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients vendors and peers.
Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan organize monitor and control projects ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
Top Candidates Will Have:
- Good organization human relations and communication skills (specifically influencing executive level communications)

Summary Pay Range:
$128470.00 - $192710.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjob-related knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
