Position: Learning and Talent Development Coordinator
Reports to: Manager Learning and Talent Development
Location: Columbus Ohio
Pay Range: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Superior is looking for a Bilingual Learning and Talent Development Coordinator. This person will take ownership of our Learning Management System (LMS) facilitate the onboarding of skilled trades new hires and coordinate professional development sessions across the company. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus Ohio with regular onsite support at our Advanced Logistics Facility (ALF) in Gahanna Ohio for onboarding support.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain training completions and certification records for compliance and internal tracking
• Facilitate onboarding by using pre-packaged content and provide Spanish/English translation support when needed
• Manage scheduling registration and participant communication before during and after training sessions

Your Expertise

• Required: You must be bilingual in Spanish/English and you can read write speak and understand both fluently
• Bonus Points: You have at least 2 years experience with Learning Management Systems ( Cornerstone Workday Moodle or Similar)
• Bonus Points: You have experience coordinating or delivering professional development or training sessions
• Bonus Points: You have experience in corporate training Human Resources or education
