Job Summary

A restoration company is seeking an Office Administrator to support daily operations customer coordination and financial processes.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Answer phones and provide customer support

  • Manage company email inbox and coordinate scheduling

  • Handle payroll collections invoicing and estimates

  • Perform basic bookkeeping including entering bills and transactions

  • Send and follow up on work authorizations

  • Track claim status with public adjusters and prepare insurance reports

  • Maintain logs documentation and job-related records

  • Pay vendors and order materials and equipment

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Comfortable handling administrative and financial tasks

  • Experience with tools like QuickBooks Google Sheets or similar systems preferred

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple workflows

  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes

Salary: $25 - $35/Hour
