Temporary DCTC Project Director

Job Summary
The primary purpose of the position is to provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Defense Civilian Training Corps ( DCTC ) program. The DCTC Project Director will ensure the program aligns with university objectives and defense training requirements. This role involves supervising the DCTC Project Coordinator managing day-to-day operations and collaborating with key stakeholders to maximize the programs effectiveness and impact. Monday Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm Occasional evenings or weekends may be required.
Minimum Requirements
A Masters degree in Education Business Administration or a related field is required. Candidates must have at least five years of program management experience ideally in higher education defense military training or related fields. Proven leadership experience along with strong strategic planning communication and problem-solving skills is essential. Proficiency in project management and financial tools as well as experience in grant writing management and budgeting are required. The role also requires demonstrated experience in leading complex programs supervisory experience and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Preferred Years Experience Skills Training Education
Preferred candidates will possess a Masters degree in Education Business Administration or a related field. They must have at least seven years of program management experience ( PMP preferred) ideally in higher education defense military training or related fields. Preferred candidates will also meet all minimum qualifications for the position.
