Position Summary

Prosperity is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic outpatient team. The RN will provide high-quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced primary care setting supporting physicians and advanced practice providers while promoting optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients in an ambulatory/primary care setting
• Perform patient assessments including vital signs health histories and symptom evaluation
• Administer medications vaccines and treatments in accordance with provider orders and clinical protocols
• Assist with minor procedures and exams
• Provide patient education on disease management medications preventive care and wellness
• Coordinate care including referrals follow-ups and communication with interdisciplinary teams
• Manage patient triage (in-person and telephone) prioritizing care based on clinical needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Ensure compliance with infection control safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Support quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction goals

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum 12 years of nursing experience; ambulatory care primary care or outpatient experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
• Proficiency with EMR systems
