Entry Level Office Support Assistant

• Perform diverse administrative and office support tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Complete assigned duties accurately and efficiently.
• Take detailed notes on instructions and feedback to improve performance.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Perform accurate data entry into computer systems.
• Assist with filing and organizing physical and electronic documents.
• Answer and direct phone calls take messages and provide basic information in a professional manner.
• Greet and direct visitors in a professional manner.
• Provide basic support to other departments as needed.
• Respond to all customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage email correspondence including drafting sending and organizing emails.
• Perform photocopying scanning and faxing tasks as needed.

• No prior professional experience required; entry-level position.
• Basic understanding of common software applications (e.g. Windows macOS Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace).
• Willingness to learn basic steps to address common computer issues.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly.
• Basic problem-solving skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications including word processing and spreadsheets (e.g. Microsoft Word Excel).
• Demonstrated ability to use home row keys for efficient typing.
• Ability to type at a speed of 40 Words Per Minute (WPM) with accuracy.

• Full-time Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• The schedule includes an unpaid lunch break.

• $12.00 - $16.00 per hour corresponding with experience and qualifications.
