Summer Camp Group Leader -Part-time -Fairfield-Suisun CA - No Weekends!

Locations: Cordelia David Weir Dover Nelda Mundy Suisun Valley TK Anna Kyle TK Fairview TK Sullivan and Tolenas

Schedule: Must be available Monday - Friday 8AM- 6:00 PM with an option of working one of the three shifts available during camp hours.

Pay & Benefits:

• $21-$23/hour (pay is based on education and experience)

Heres what youll need:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations

The district requires all instructional support staff meet paraprofessional qualifications. This means candidates must meet one of the following:

• Hold an Associates degree or higher
• Have completed 48 college semester units
• OR pass the Paraprofessional (ParaPro) Exam

**If a candidate does not meet the educational requirement they will need to complete the ParaPro testing process prior to being hired or starting in their position. **

As an AlphaBEST Early Learning Camp Group Leader youll be trained to do the following:

• Lead a group of campers through exciting adventures in fitness the arts technology and more!
• Work collaboratively with peers to ignite childrens sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students interests and talents.
• Provide a caring family-oriented environment where positive staff child and parent relationships are fostered.
