Job Summary
Job Title: Registered Manager Childrens Residential Home
Location: Staffordshire ST20
Salary:per annum (guaranteed base with performance-related bonuses dependent on experience & qualifications)
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week Monday Friday 9am5pm on-call rota participation
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
Service: 3 Bed Childrens Home
Service Users: Young people aged 817
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (Level 5 desirable / willingness to complete required)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or management role within residential childcare

Who we are looking for:
An experienced confident and resilient Registered Manager with a proven background in childrens residential care. You will be responsible for the overall leadership compliance and performance of the home ensuring high standards of care and positive outcomes for young people.
You will lead the home in line with the Statement of Purpose ensure compliance with Childrens Homes Regulations 2015 and SCCIF maintain high safeguarding standards and lead supervise and motivate your team. You will also oversee care planning manage inspections and audits coordinate staffing and rotas contribute to budgets and promote trauma-informed and therapeutic practice throughout the service.
