Delivery Manager

Position Description:

Work Mode: Hybrid 2 days in-person

1. Objective and Context

The CGI Delivery Manager works within agile squads in a fast-paced digital transformation environment with high variability.
They are responsible for operational delivery management team coordination and ensuring delivery commitments are met.

2. Responsibilities
Coordinate the delivery activities of the squads
Track progress priorities and dependencies
Identify and resolve obstacles
Communicate with stakeholders
Collaborate with the Product Owner on planning
Monitor performance indicators (velocity quality)
Participate in agile ceremonies
Contribute to continuous improvement
3. Environment
Agile squads (Scrum)
Web Mobile and API projects
Tools: Jira Confluence
4. Requirements
Experience in agile delivery / team coordination
Good understanding of Web / API environments
Mastery of Scrum practices
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage a dynamic environment
Leadership rigor proactivity
Banking experience (asset)

CGI provides a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. This range depends on various factors including skill level geographic market experience education as well as professional licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions are made based on the specifics of each case. A reasonable estimate for this salary range is between $70000 and $120000. This position is currently open.
