What Youll Do
Strategic Planning25%
Leadthe team in translating client goals into strategic media solutions that grow our clients brands and ensure strategic consistency across all elements of plan development and implementation heavily focusing on performance-based media & analytics driven approach to client success
Collaborate withNextexecutive-levelleadershipon strategic marketing approach guiding translation of client goals to the Business Solutions team activation teams and media partners
Responsible for providing high level strategic insightsthat build client business in ongoing planning and quarterly business reviews
Apply and leverageanalytical outputsto build media recommendations andongoing business growth
Develop & maintain strong understanding of allinternal and externalanalytics tools identify appropriate applications based on business needs
Lead the teams understanding of clients business anduncovering ofmotivations/needs; proactivelylearning about the business from a holistic perspective (e.g. quarterly earnings reports overarching business trends)
Identify and evaluate emerging media technologies and partnerships that deliver transformational client outcomestied to client business success
Ensure strategic alignment across all channels and teams to ensure a fully integrated approach
Account Management25%
Responsible forclient contracts negotiationsagency revenue and profitability
Overseeoperations of the Business Solutions Team to ensure consistent and high-quality client deliverables
Construct staffing plans that support client needs and team member growth mapping
Ensure collaboration with allinternal Horizon teams (e.g. channel & consumer research) to ensuretasks are within contract scope and are executed properly
Responsible and accountablefor successful client connection and output
ClientRelationship Development & Management 25%
Anticipate and proactively address enterprise client needs providing strategic counsel on business-critical initiatives
Advance client relationship by maintaining positive rapport and championing trustthrough thorough understanding of their businessand consistent delivery
Develop and maintain rapport and relationshipwithday-to-day up to mostsenior levelclients
Maintain trust & partnership across direct team and overall organization ensuring positive collaboration
Ensure team is anticipating client requests guide team in troubleshooting and problem solving with internal resources to proactively provide solutions
Manage client expectations around timelines and deliverables adjusting and reprioritizing as needed
Understand when to elevate situations toexecutive leadership
Act at clients most valued partnerserving as a trusted and consistent voice in meetings and providing POVsand thought leadership
Participate inHorizon Next department-wide conversations and plans
Team Management & Supervision 20%

Preferred Skills & Experience
15 years of experience
Thorough understanding of advanced analytics and performance media
Vast client experience in categories including retail DTC CPG
Strong leadership skills and experience developing media professionals ability to manage a team
Experience in a client relationship management role
Effective verbal and written communication skills; able to confidently present and sell through ideas both internally and to clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) and media research/reporting resources

Salary Range
$350000.00 - $500000.00A successful applicants actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individuals skill sets experience training education licensure/certifications and qualifications for the role. As an organization we take an aptitude and competency-based hiring approach.
