What Youll Do:
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will:
Support individuals in planning and participating in social recreational and community activities
Provide hands-on care in a comfortable home setting
Encourage self-advocacy independence and confidence
Assist with daily routines and personal care as needed
Help individuals build life skills such as budgeting shopping cooking and household management
Promote emotional physical and personal well-being

What Youll Need:
High School diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years of age
Valid NYS drivers license (preferred)
A positive attitude and commitment to supporting others
