Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual starting their career in communications to develop their skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment. The Communications Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the communication strategies and initiatives of our organization helping to enhance our brand presence and engage with our diverse audiences effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies and campaigns.
• Create and edit content for various platforms such as social media newsletters and the company website.
• Support the coordination and promotion of company events and press conferences.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare summary reports for the communications team.
• Maintain the communication calendar and help schedule meetings and press outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce error-free content.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
• Basic understanding of public relations and media relations principles.
