Bookkeeper Accounting Assistant (Office Support)

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping activities including accounts payable (AP) accounts receivable (AR) and cash tracking
• Perform general ledger entries and assist with reconciliations
• Support preparation of financial reports budgets and expense documentation
• Processing payroll commissions and benefits administration
• Help maintain accurate records and support audit processes

• Provide general office support in a small team environment
• Serve as a point of contact for calls and correspondence
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate small shipments and vendor orders
• Coordination of scheduling travel arrangements and overall office organization

• 23 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience including AP and AR
• Understanding of accounting principles and general ledger processes
• Payroll processing experience and familiarity with financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP/accounting systems
• High level of accuracy discretion and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset and willingness to support both accounting and office operations in a small-team environment

• $55000$60000 based on experience
