Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team inFowlerville this role you will provide essential support and care to clients helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with medication reminders and basic health monitoring.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients and families.
- Maintain accurate notes and reports on client progress and any concerns.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Compassionate patient and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to pass background checks.
