Commercial Insurance Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join a team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts providing exceptional service to valued clients. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $45000 - $60000 annually based on experience.
- Incentives: 20% commission on new business.

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business valued at $1M - $1.5M depending on experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service including handling inquiries processing requests and resolving issues.
- Handle standard CSR duties such as certificates payments and policy changes.
- Quote and process renewals (90%) and new business (10%).
- Support inbound sales leads; cold calling is optional but not required.
- Utilize Applied Epic software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer service or insurance-related roles.
- Licensing: Insurance license preferred; support for obtaining licensure available for the right candidate.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applied Epic software is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills customer-focused mindset attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Flexibility: Willingness to attend in-office training and meetings as needed.
