Personal Lines Technical Assistant
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Technical Assistant (PL Tech Assistant) to join a team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional looking to grow their career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $50000 - $65000 annually bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
- Assist with quoting new business for standard personal lines accounts (small to mid-market size)
- Provide exceptional customer service during the first 90 days of client onboarding
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives to ensure seamless client support
- Utilize Hawksoft software to manage and process accounts efficiently
- Support the Director of Operations and other team members in daily administrative and technical tasks
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active 4-40 license required; 20-44 license is a plus
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Hawksoft software or similar platforms
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail excellent communication skills ability to work in a team-oriented environment adaptability to a fast-paced setting and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Work Arrangement: This is an onsite position in St. Petersburg FL. Remote work is not available for this role.
