Job Summary
About the Role
Were looking for a commercially driven Mid-Market Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of customers across the mid-market segment. Youll act as the primary point of contact managing the full sales cyclefrom identifying new opportunities through to closing deals and driving long-term customer value.
This is a highly consultative role where success comes from understanding customer challenges and positioning solutions that deliver measurable impact. If you bring a technical or engineering background and enjoy translating complex solutions into business value youll thrive here.
What Youll Be Doing
Own and grow your accounts
- Manage and expand a portfolio of mid-market customers (typically $100M$1B revenue range)
- Drive upsell cross-sell and renewal opportunities to maximise account value
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across technical business and executive levels
Drive new business
- Identify qualify and close new opportunities across your territory
- Run discovery sessions and deliver compelling product demonstrations
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
Deliver a great customer experience
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle
- Ensure successful onboarding and adoption of solutions
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and long-term retention
Collaborate and lead
- Work within a virtual account team to deliver the best outcomes for customers
- Share insights mentor peers and contribute to team success
What Were Looking For
Experience
- Proven success in B2B sales (3 years) ideally in SaaS analytics or technology
- Track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience managing mid-market or complex accounts
Skills & capabilities
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities effectively
- Confident presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Background
- Degree in Engineering STEM or a related technical field is highly desirable
- Experience in analytics data or business intelligence solutions is a plus

- Hybrid working model based in Sydney
- Occasional travel (approximately 2035%) may be required for customer meetings
