The Team
Revenue Operations at Gladly sits inside our Finance Operations org at the intersection of marketing sales and data. We are a small flat team with real ownership and direct access to leadership. Because RevOps data analytics FP&A and deal desk all live under one roof you are naturally close to revenue and the decisions that drive it. The culture is fast candid and high-autonomy. You will partner daily with demand gen sales and business operations and you will have a hand in some of the most exciting work happening at the company including our shift to a product-led growth motion. The Opportunity
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to help scale our revenue engine during a pivotal period. You will own campaign operations in Marketo build the reporting infrastructure that drives decisions in Salesforce and Tableau manage data quality across our GTM stack and help integrate AI into operational workflows. This is hands-on high-impact work with real strategic input not just ticket-taking.
This role is ideal for a generalist who wants exposure to many parts of the business and sees this as a launchpad toward a senior operations career whether that takes you deeper into marketing ops sales ops data analytics or full-funnel RevOps.
What You Will Do
- Build and optimize marketing campaigns in Marketo: program builds email deployment segmentation lead scoring and Marketo-to-Salesforce sync
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Tableau that give sales and CS clear visibility into pipeline health rep performance activity metrics and full-funnel conversion trends.
- Own data quality and governance: deduplication field standardization lead routing and enrichment processes
- Partner with system administrator to recommend and enable optimizations across RevOps tech stack (Salesforce Marketo ZoomInfo Unify Chili Piper Gong Outreach Asana)
- Build lifecycle campaigns and tracking for the self-serve motion helping shift from pure demand gen to product-led growth
- Identify and implement automation and AI-driven improvements to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
- Partner cross-functionally with sales marketing and finance leaders to translate business needs into system enhancements and process improvements
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations marketing operations or sales operations at a B2B tech company
- Hands-on Salesforce experience: reporting dashboards workflows field management. Admin certification is a plus
- Curious about AI and automation as practical tools for efficiency
- Working knowledge of Marketo or a comparable marketing automation platform
- Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools for dashboard development
- Familiarity with common GTM tools: ZoomInfo Outreach Gong Chili Piper or equivalents
- Comfortable with data: you can QA a report spot a bad merge and explain why a number looks off
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Organized self-directed and energized by managing multiple work-streams
- C1-C2 Professional English fluency written and verbal
Salary for this role: $25000 - $60000 USD annually (may be paid in COL pesos depending on EOR/COR contract selection)
The cash compensation above includes base salary and is not reflective of potential commission for employees in eligible roles or annual bonus targets under Gladlys bonus plan for eligible addition to cash compensation all Gladly employees are eligible to participate in Gladlys equity incentive plan to receive stock options per the terms of the agreement. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate including their career level skills experience specific geographic location qualifications and other job-related reasons.
