Boothby Therapy Services is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Winchendon Massachusetts. This role supports a PK12 student population offering a dynamic and varied caseload across multiple grade levels.

We welcome both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP / CFY) who are interested in pediatric school-based therapy across diverse age groups.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Responsibilities

• Provide school-based speech-language therapy services to PK12 students
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments across age groups
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and services
• Deliver direct therapy services (individual and small group sessions)
• Support students with:
  • Articulation and phonology
  • Receptive and expressive language
  • Social/pragmatic communication
  • Fluency and voice disorders
• Adapt therapy approaches for early childhood elementary and secondary students
• Collaborate with teachers special education staff occupational therapists (OTs) and physical therapists (PTs)
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Maintain accurate documentation progress notes and compliance records
• Communicate regularly with families and caregivers

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP)
• Active Massachusetts SLP license (or eligibility)
• DESE Educator License (Speech Language & Hearing Disorders) or eligibility
• Experience or interest in pediatrics school-based therapy or special education preferred
• Strong communication organization and collaboration skills
