AmLaw 50 Firm Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate (45 Years)

An AmLaw 50 law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Miami office.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex high-stakes business litigation matters in both state and federal courts with meaningful responsibility and direct client interaction.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Managing written and document discovery
  • Drafting pleadings motions and other court filings
  • Conducting and defending depositions
  • Preparing witnesses and supporting trial strategy
  • Appearing for hearings and status conferences
  • Participating in settlement negotiations and trial preparation

What Theyre Looking For

  • 45 years of commercial litigation experience
  • Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
  • Experience in state and federal court litigation
  • Florida bar admission required
  • Federal clerkship experience is a plus
  • Spanish fluency (written and verbal) strongly preferred

Compensation: $290000 $310000 base salary
