An established and respected anesthesia practice in the Hazard Kentucky area is seeking a skilled and dedicated CRNA to join their close-knit experienced team. What Youll Do
- Administer safe and effective anesthesia for a variety of routine surgical cases and obstetric procedures
- Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and develop personalized anesthesia plans
- Monitor patient vital signs continuously throughout procedures and adjust anesthesia levels as needed
- Collaborate closely with a supportive team of anesthesia providers committed to the highest standards of patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of anesthesia care and patient records
Compensation Structure
This practice offers a unique and flexible compensation model that puts you in control of your work-life balance:
- $375000 annually - 1099 with 8 weeks off per year
- $350000 annually - 1099 with 12 weeks off per year
Choose the schedule that works best for your lifestyle. Either way you will enjoy outstanding compensation as a fully independent 1099 contractor. Please note that as a 1099 position malpractice insurance is the responsibility of the provider.
Schedule
- Less than 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday only
- Never on primary call
- Backup call rotation - 1 in 5 rarely called in
What They Are Looking For
- Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA) or SRNA in final stages of training - new graduates welcome!
- Active Kentucky state license or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-first approach to care
