Boothby Therapy Services is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Kingston Massachusetts. This role supports a preschool classroom primarily serving 3-year-old students with developmental delays.
We welcome both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP / CFY) who are passionate about early intervention preschool populations and school-based therapy.

- Schedule: Full-Time (35 hours/week)
- Pay Rate: $55$65/hour (guaranteed pay for scheduled time even if student sessions are missed)

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Responsibilities
- Provide school-based speech-language therapy services to preschool students
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and early childhood assessments
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and services
- Deliver direct therapy services (individual and small group sessions)
- Support students with:
- Early language development (receptive and expressive language)
- Play-based communication skills
- Social/pragmatic communication
- Articulation and early speech sound development
- Use play-based and developmentally appropriate therapy approaches
- Collaborate with teachers special education staff occupational therapists (OTs) and physical therapists (PTs)
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Maintain accurate documentation progress notes and compliance records
- Communicate regularly with families and caregivers
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP)
- Active Massachusetts SLP license (or eligibility)
- DESE Educator License (Speech Language & Hearing Disorders) or eligibility
- Experience or interest in early childhood preschool pediatrics or school-based therapy preferred
- Strong communication organization and collaboration skills
