Werelooking for an Office Manager to own the day-to-day operations and employee experience of our Cypress site. This role is critical to ensuring the facility runs smoothly stays organized and delivers a consistent high-quality experience for employees and visitors.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced evolving environmentyoullbe expected tooperatewitha high levelof ownership while partnering closely with Facilities and Operations as the site scales.
This position reports to theEHS/Facilities Manager.
What youll own:
Site Operations & Office Management
- Own the day-to-day functionality organization and cleanliness of the office and shared spaces
- Manage office supplies kitchens andcommon areas(snacks fridges consumables etc.) to ensure consistent availability
- Coordinate with cleaning maintenance and other service vendors tomaintaina high standard of operations
- Support the setup organization and ongoing maintenance of office spaces as the site continues to build out
Employee Experience
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for employees at the Cypress facility
- Ensure employees have what they need to be effective day-to-day (workspace suppliesgeneral support)
- Support onboarding into the space for new hires including orientation to the facility and resources
- Help create a professional welcoming and well-functioning work environment
- Partner with People and Recruiting to support on-site hiring activities including welcoming candidates coordinating interviews andassistingwith new hire onboardinglogistics
Front Desk & Site Presence
- Act as the face of the office owning front desk presence and overall site hospitality
- Welcome guests coordinate visits and ensure a strong first impression of the facility
- Partner with building management and security to manage access badging and visitor flow
Vendor & Facilities Coordination
- Manage day-to-day relationships with office and service vendors (cleaning supplies food etc.)
- Partner closely with the Facilities Manager toidentify track and resolve site issues
- Coordinate with building management/landlord on facility needs access maintenance requests and ongoing site operations
- Proactively flag gaps or risks in site operations and help drive solutions
Site Buildout & Transition Support (Near-Term Focus)
- Support the continued buildout and stabilization of the Cypress site
- Act as a key support resource for employees transitioning from the LA location
- Ensure continuity of operations during temporary or evolving office setups
What youll bring to the team:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proactive operator whoidentifiesgaps and takes ownership without waiting for direction
- Comfortable in a fast-paced evolving environment with shifting priorities
- Friendly and clearinterpersonal and communication skills; able to work across teams and levels
- Willing to be hands-on and handle both tactical tasks and broader coordination
- Experience supporting office operations facilities or workplace environments preferred
Compensation:
- Compensation will be based on experience qualifications and other job-related factors.
- Hourly Range: $20.00- $35.00
- This is an onsite role at our facility in Cypress CA.
