This full-time position offers a unique split between two modern fully equipped clinics located in southwest Connecticut within close proximity to one another (no more than a 30-minute commute).

Youll practice in a beautiful coastal region known for its affluent communities vibrant downtowns and easy access to destinations like Westport and the broader Connecticut Gold Coast.

Position Highlights

• Practice across two nearby clinic locationsone intimate setting with a small provider team and one larger highly collaborative office with 10 providers
• See an average of 3035 patients per day in a well-structured efficient clinical environment
• Opportunity to treat both adult and pediatric patients
• Manage a wide range of allergy and immunology cases including: skin testing immunotherapy food and environmental allergies
• Benefit from strong internal referral networks ensuring a steady and diverse patient flow
• Training available for providers looking to further develop skills in immunotherapy

Practice Environment

Youll be part of a multidisciplinary care model that allows you to focus on patient care while experienced clinical and administrative teams support day-to-day operations. Qualifications

• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active Connecticut license (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum of two years NP/PA experience in Allergy & Immunology
