Technology Investment Group (TIG)
TIG invests across the lifecycle of technology companies investing directly in private and public companiesandserving as a limited partner in top-tier tech funds.
GICs Technology Investment Group (TIG) manages most of GICsearly stageinvestments through venture capital funds co-investments and direct investments. TIG is a global team with presence in Silicon ValleyNew Yorkand India.
TIGs mission is to forge long-term financial and strategic relationships with its global partners. It is focused on helping its portfolio companies entrepreneurs and fellow asset managers navigate opportunities associated with technological disruption.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial self-starting Business Development hire to join our diverse global team focused on venture and growth investing to elevate the Bridge Forum into the worlds leading platform for high-impact business connections.
The role involves building and cultivating strategic partnerships for GICs portfolio companies which are high-growth technology businessesin pursuit of a variety of commercialization and expansion goals.
As a member of this team you will (1) support our global business development efforts especially in the US and Asia (2) work with the GIC ecosystem of portfolio companies on domestic and international go-to-marketand other strategicinitiatives (3) expand our enterprise network of senior executives from the Global 2000 and other leading companies and (4) generatemarket development opportunities for strategic GIC partners and portfolio companies.

What will you do as an AVP
As an AVP you will play a key supporting role in building and deepening relationships across the global technology ecosystem. You will work closely with senior team members to execute partnership initiatives manage relationship pipelines and contribute to strategic engagement efforts with leading technology companies and enterprise executives.
Responsibilities:
- Support relationship development with Founders and senior leadership from innovative technology companies.
- Engage with Fortune 2000 executives (CEOs CIOs CTOs CFOs) tofacilitatetechnology-focused discussions.
- Conduct research and analysis on vertical industries toidentifypartnership opportunities and whitespace for growth.
- Manage andmaintainthe relationship management database ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
- Coordinate and prepare briefing materials agendas and background documents for key meetings.
- Assistin organizing and executing ecosystem events such as executive briefings dinners and small group sessions.
- Execute outbound engagement to technology companies globally toinitiaterelationship-building conversations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Gain exposure to venture capital and technologygrowth investingthrough active participation in team projects.
What qualifications or skills should you possess
- 58 years of relevant experience in a partner- or customer-facing role (e.g. business development partnerships venture capital community development platform or sales).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and support senior stakeholders effectively.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in technology and innovation.
- Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field; advanced degree oradditionalcertifications a plus.

Compensation
Our compensation philosophy reflects several principles. We strive to provide a competitive compensation package to attract andretaintalent globally. We pay for performance and reward sustainable results. Total pay for this positioncomprisesbase pay and bonus. Theanticipatedbase salary range for this role is between $130000 and $170000. Bonuses which may form a meaningful proportion of the total pay package aredeterminedbased on company and individual performance.
