What You Will Do:
- Drive revenue growth: by selling equipment solutions and services to non-assigned customers and supporting overall branch performance.
- Generate new business: through outbound calls lead follow-up and proactive customer engagement.
- Serve as a primary customer contact: in-store and via phoneidentifyingneeds and recommendingappropriate equipmentand solutions.
- Prepare and process: quotes orders and contractsin accordance withcompany policies and pricing guidelines.
- Partner with outside sales professionals: to support account growth and ensure a seamless customer experience.

What You Will Need:
- Salesexperience:prior sales experience and/or relevant sales training.
- Customer-focused mindset:strong communication interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- CRMproficiency:experience with computer systems and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated drive:a strong senseof urgency andownership ofresults in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail:accuracy in quoting documentation and pipeline management.
- Valid work authorization: candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
