Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Digital Market Intelligence Analyst with 5 years of experience in digital analytics and marketing intelligence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building data-driven insights identifying tracking gaps and delivering impactful analytics solutions to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain data products and dashboards to support business decision-making
• Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover trends patterns and actionable insights
• Utilize analytics and visualization tools such as:
• Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
• Azure Databricks
• SQL
• Power BI
• Own and manage key business datasets ensuring data accuracy and reliability
• Identify tracking gaps and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve them
• Recommend improvements for data collection and instrumentation strategies
• Integrate external data sources to enhance digital analytics capabilities
• Deliver recurring reports and handle ad hoc analytical requests within tight timelines
• Lead end-to-end analytical projects with long-term business impact
• Stay updated with emerging digital analytics tools and methodologies and promote continuous improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business marketing and technical teams

Required Skills & Experience :

Expertise in Web Analytics tools (especially Adobe Customer Journey Analytics)

Strong proficiency in SQL Azure Databricks and Power BI

Working knowledgeof B2B lead management Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (Marketo or Eloqua)

Experience in large global companies
