As the Senior FP&A Associate you will lead the financial planning and analysis function providing strategic financial insights and guidance to senior management and key stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Planning Financial Strategy & Consolidations you will collaborate closely with FP&A Business Units to develop collect and consolidate organizational financial forecasts and to prepare comprehensive monthly performance reports for the senior leadership.

  • Partner with FP&A Business Units to develop annual budgets and business plans ensuring alignment with corporate strategy financial targets and disciplined cost management.
  • Lead enterprise-wide payroll budgeting and forecasting collaborating with HR and regional leaders to align workforce planning with strategic and operational priorities.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting for enabling functions (Finance HR IT Legal and others) driving cost transparency accountability and valuefocused investment decisions.
  • Lead the consolidation of regional financial actuals and forecasts ensuring accuracy completeness and clear articulation of underlying business drivers.
  • Own executive-level monthly FP&A reporting delivering concise insights on performance trends risks opportunities and forwardlooking outlooks to support executive decision-making.
  • Lead the preparation of quarterly corporate reporting packages for the Board of Directors and executive leadership team.
  • Maintain and enhance shortterm consolidated financial models producing scenario analysis and sensitivities to support strategic and operational planning.
  • Work closely with FP&A Business Units to advance FP&A best practices driving continuous improvement in financial processes tools and systems.
  • Develop and maintain FP&A Power BI dashboards KPIs and executive-level management insights to support data-driven decision making.
