Assistant Clinical Director

• Oversee treatment planning progress monitoring and aftercare coordination.

• Provide individual family and group therapy sessions.

• Conduct assessments diagnoses and crisis interventions.

• Collaborate with the Clinic Director on daily operations and staff supervision.

• Ensure compliance with documentation licensure and regulatory standards.

• Mentor clinicians and contribute to training initiatives.

• Fully licensed in Maryland as an LCSW LMFT or LCPC.
• Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience.
• Expertise in trauma-informed care and multi-modal approaches.
• Strong leadership communication and crisis management skills.
• Ability to maintain boundaries and foster trusting relationships.
