As an Artificial Intelligence Enablement Partner you will help define how AI is applied across Microns Product Engineering lifecycle. This role blends handson solution design with strategic influenceyoull partner closely with engineers and leaders lead highimpact AI initiatives and help teams confidently adopt new ways of working with AI and automation.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and drive highvalue AI and automation opportunities across Product Engineering workflows
• Design prototype and scale AIpowered and agentbased solutions from concept through deployment
• Lead and contribute to crossfunctional AI initiatives with a focus on quality scalability and sustainability
• Mentor and enable teams to build AI fluency and adopt humanintheloop workflows
• Develop business cases ROI analyses and prioritization frameworks for AI investments

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Information Systems or a related engineering field
• 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or memory technologies (DRAM NAND)
• Experience delivering AIenabled solutions in production environments and a genuine interest and ability to teach mentor and grow AI capability across team
• Strong analytical problemsolving and organizational skills
• Ability to influence and partner effectively across technical and nontechnical teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in a relevant technical field
• Experience building or working with agentbased teams or systems
• Advanced experience with Claude Code
• Demonstrated success mentoring or teaching AI concepts to engineering teams
• Strong curiosity for emerging AI automation and workflow technologies
