An AmLaw 100 law firm is looking to add a junior associate to its Real Estate team in Seattle.

What Youll Be Doing

Youll be working on a variety of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions dispositions development leasing and real estate financing matters. The role offers hands-on experience across different asset types and deal structures along with exposure to both borrower- and lender-side work.

Youll be part of a team where associates are encouraged to grow quickly take ownership of their work and develop well-rounded transactional experience.

What Theyre Looking For

• 14 years of transactional real estate experience
• Experience with acquisitions dispositions leasing or financing matters
• Strong drafting communication and organizational skills
• Interest in developing a broad commercial real estate skill set
• Common interest community experience is a plus
• Strong academic credentials
• Admitted in Washington
