How Youll Have an Impact at Kinders:

Kinders is seeking an experiencedInventory Control Specialistwho is passionate about being part of a team of hard-working people focused on bringing the future of flavor to consumers everywhere.

As theInventory Control Specialistwillbe responsible forsupporting all aspects of theinventory controlteam. This role will oversee inbound Goods of Receipts inbound to ourpartner3PL locations as well as outbound deliveries to customers from the 3PL partners. While verifying accuracy reporting inventory shorts to proactively communicate toCoPackand Logistics Teams. There will be a need to reach out to our partners for documentation such as packing slips and BOL as documentation as backup for financial claims and deduction role also ensures that weclose out delivery reporting whenproductleaves our facilities to a data entrytasksincluding Month end activities and communication are part of this role.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including but not limited to Customer Service and Logistics Inventory Management Supply Planning Quality Assurance Commercialization R&D Sourcing and an opportunity to plan manage andparticipatein strategic projects that are imperative to the continued growth and success of the Kinders brand.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Good of Receipts (GRPO)
  • Invoices Approvals Support
  • Customer Order Deliveries
  • Deductions Resolution Support
  • Aging Reports/Inventory Shorts support
  • PODs/BOLs for accounting
  • Pallet Account Maintenance
  • Support Customer Operations team with other tasks

What You Bring to the Table

  • Customer service experience preferably in consumer-packaged goods supply chain or operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Ability to set and achieve goals and engage in creative problem solving
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail are necessary as well as commitment to seeing tasks through to completion
  • Team player that works well cross-functionally and seeks to collaborate across multiple functional areas in the organization
  • Flexible efficient and motivated self-starter that requires little direction with a proven ability in creative problem solving and managing multiple priorities
  • A commitment and passion for being an active participant in our fast-paced high growth company.
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook Teams Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus
  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required

Location & Travel:

The position will be based out of our Walnut Creek CA office. We strongly believe in the power of culture and community and have a hybrid work structure with 4 days in the office on a weekly basis to encourage collaboration and personal connections that will allow us to better serve our customers and consumer and to have more fun. Fridays are flex days with employees having the opportunity to choose to be either in the office or to work from home based on what makes most sense for them.

Pay Transparency:

The expected starting salary range for this role is $105000- $115000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education qualifications performance and business needs.
