As a Security Officer Driver Front Desk in Malvern PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies visitor processing and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access to the location by greeting employees guests and vendors reviewing identification and/or credentials and documenting arrivals and departures according to site guidelines.
• Respond to incidents questions and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating concerns to the appropriate personnel when needed.
• Support front desk operations by answering phones providing directions managing visitor logs and reporting unusual activity or policy concerns to Allied Universal and/or site leadership.
• Maintain awareness of lobby and reception area activity to help deter unauthorized access and support a professional presence within a financial services location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
