Job Summary

This is a sales-focused performance-driven role responsible for converting inbound leads into scheduled assessments and supporting marketing initiatives that drive client growth. You will own the entire lead journeyfrom first contact to booked assessment.

This is not an administrative role. This is a revenue-generating position.

Key Responsibilities:

Inside Sales & Lead Conversion

Respond to all inbound calls texts and web leads immediately

Conduct intake calls with prospective clients and families

Build rapport understand needs and confidently present services

Schedule qualified in-home assessments

Follow up consistently via phone text and email until conversion

Re-engage cold and past leads

Lead Management & Performance

Maintain a structured follow-up system (no lead left behind)

Track all lead activity in CRM

Monitor missed calls and ensure rapid callbacks

Improve lead-to-assessment conversion rates

Marketing & Growth Support

Execute follow-up campaigns (text email call sequences)

Assist with outreach to referral sources (hospitals rehab centers senior communities)

Support marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts

Track lead sources and campaign performance

Success Metrics

Speed to lead response (goal: under 5 minutes)

Number of assessments scheduled weekly

Lead-to-assessment conversion rate

Follow-up consistency and persistence

Reactivation of past leads

Qualifications

2 years in sales inside sales or high-volume customer engagement

Strong phone presence and communication skills

Confident and persuasive communicator

Highly organized with strong follow-up skills

Comfortable working with performance metrics and goals

Experience in home care healthcare or senior services preferred

Experience using CRM systems preferred
