OPS Student Assistant - Office Aid

Classification Minimum Requirements:

The College of Design Construction and Planning is looking for a student assistant for office support in the Deans office. Federal Work Study students are preferred but not required. Students from any major or college are welcome to apply!

Job Description:
  • Greeting visitors and providing information as needed
  • Guiding students to advising offices and helping sign students in
  • Answering phone calls and routing them to the appropriate office or department
  • Separating mail and sorting into appropriate internal mailbox
  • Simple filing copying faxing and data entry as needed
  • Assist with checking in and out parking passes and tracking passes
  • Other duties as assigned
Expected Salary:

$14.00/hour

Required Qualifications:

This position is open to all students who are eligible to work on campus and will be employed as a Student Assistant (STAS)/Student Other Personnel Services (OPS). Student must maintain a minimum 2.0 grade point average. Registered students are employed on a part-time basis up to 20 hours per week.

Preferred:
  • Federal Work-Study permit
