The College of Design Construction and Planning is looking for a student assistant for office support in the Deans office. Federal Work Study students are preferred but not required. Students from any major or college are welcome to apply!
Job Description:
Greeting visitors and providing information as needed
Guiding students to advising offices and helping sign students in
Answering phone calls and routing them to the appropriate office or department
Separating mail and sorting into appropriate internal mailbox
Simple filing copying faxing and data entry as needed
Assist with checking in and out parking passes and tracking passes
Other duties as assigned
Expected Salary:
$14.00/hour
Required Qualifications:
This position is open to all students who are eligible to work on campus and will be employed as a Student Assistant (STAS)/Student Other Personnel Services (OPS). Student must maintain a minimum 2.0 grade point average. Registered students are employed on a part-time basis up to 20 hours per week.
Preferred:
Federal Work-Study permit
