Think Tell Junction We are seeking a friendly and reliable Usher to join our team and ensure a pleasant experience for all guests attending events at our venue. The Usher will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service by greeting guests assisting them with seating arrangements and maintaining order within the event space.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance as needed.
• Guide attendees to their assigned seats in an orderly and efficient manner.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding venue facilities event schedules and seating arrangements.
• Monitor event areas to ensure safety security and adherence to venue policies.
• Assist with crowd control during entry and exit times to maintain smooth flow.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in busy or stressful situations.
• Strong attention to detail and observational abilities.
• Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays.
• Capable of standing and walking for extended periods during events.
• Basic knowledge of venue layout and emergency procedures preferred.
