Our site in Chaska is seeking aMachining Process Technician to join our a Machining Process Technician you play a critical role in enabling Entegris to drive the Future of this position you will lead the development documentation and continuous improvement of machining processes for a variety of engineered materials. You will provide technicalexpertiseto both Manufacturing and Engineering teams by implementing process changes supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) andoptimizingexisting product and process lines. This role also requires active participation in Entegris safety culture and a strong commitment to our PACE values.

This role will follow a first shift schedule Monday through Friday with flexible hours between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM. However occasional adjustments to this schedule may be required to meet project and production needs.

WhatYoullDo:

• Collaborate with engineering manufacturing andcross functionalteams to develop document and enhance product manufacturability including prototyping fixture and design development CNC programming for manufacturability andoptimizingwork celllayout.
• Ensures product is consistent with established specifications. Escalatesqualityissues as productquality and adherence to the Entegris quality systemISOand/or other standards.
• Focuses on key business processes to influence customer satisfaction waste elimination growth costeffectivenessand product/system and implementsuseof continuous improvement tools toeliminatenon-value actively in continuous improvement activities such as 5s Kaizen events etc.
• Assistsin training manufacturing personnel in the operation of new and existing equipment and in resolving problems or concerns that arise during the manufacturing process.
• Completes miscellaneoustasksassigned in support oflargerorganization and production goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe work required Personal Protective duties in a safe manner andobservesapproved safety potential hazardsimmediatelyto supervisor.

What We Seek:

• 3years ofexperience working with machiningplastics preferred but not required
• Vocational education in machining or equivalent education
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability toset up andoperate manufacturing equipment such as CNCMills CNC Lathesand manual mills and lathes and various equipment
• Ability to programCNC lathes with live tooling and CNC mills with 3-5 axisat the machine and offline
• CADand and SolidWorks preferred
• Familiarity withMazakCNC controls Mazatrolexperience preferred
• Understanding of basicSPCcontrol tools
• Ability to adapt to work environment work force and customers needs
• Computer literacy Microsoft Office Suite SAP and other applications
• Good visual ability to detect quality defects

• Compensation: $35-$47 hourly range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
