Personal Lines CSR/Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Account Manager to join a well-established and family-oriented insurance agency. As a key member of the team you will play a vital role in servicing and managing a book of standard personal lines accounts including auto home umbrella RV and motorcycle insurance.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $50000 - $60000 annually commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries processing endorsements issuing certificates and assisting with adjustments (e.g. ID cards).
- Manage and service a book of standard personal lines accounts across all lines of coverage.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met and maintain strong long-term relationships.
- Utilize EZ Lynx software to manage accounts and process transactions efficiently.
- Support the quoting and renewal process for personal lines accounts as needed.
- Uphold the agencys commitment to timely communication and high-quality service.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of agency experience servicing a book of business with standard personal lines accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZ Lynx software is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills attention to detail ability to build relationships and a customer-focused mindset.
- Work Environment: This is an on-site position; candidates must be comfortable working in a collaborative office setting.
