What Youll Be Doing

• Design end-to-end smart building solutions across BAS HVAC lighting security and energy systems
• Work directly with enterprise clients to understand needs and translate into scalable technical solutions
• Partner with sales and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment
• Lead solution architecture technical design and integration strategy
• Support proposals presentations and cost estimates for complex projects
• Serve as a subject matter expert on smart building technologies and trends

What Theyre Looking For

• 5 years in Building Automation (BAS) smart buildings or systems integration
• Strong understanding of HVAC lighting energy management and building systems
• Experience with BMS platforms integration protocols and IoT-enabled environments
• Ability to work client-facing and translate technical solutions into business value
• Background in engineering computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)

Additional Details

• Salary: $100K$125K 10% bonus
• Location: Remote (East Coast preferred)
• Travel: As needed (primarily East Coast)
• Employment Type: Full-time Direct Hire
• Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card (no sponsorship)
